Built with premium 6060-T66 aluminum alloy featuring 1.5–2.0mm profile wall thickness and a 115mm frame depth, this window system offers a 34% boost in structural strength, delivering Class 9 wind-pressure resistance to easily withstand typhoon forces.
Featuring standard 5mm+27A+5mm double-glazed Xinyi mirror-grade glass filled with over 94% argon gas via Glasston production technology, it delivers outstanding thermal performance (K-value down to 1.6 W/m²·K) and noise reduction up to 38dB. The surface incorporates a 70% PVD Fresin fluorocarbon coating, cured through a three-coat two-bake process for a self-cleaning, corrosion-resistant finish lasting 20 to 30 years.Precision screw corner-cleat glue injection ensures Grade 6 water-tightness and Grade 8 air-tightness.
Equipped with Fulangman handles and high-performance GU (G-U) hardware tested over 50,000 operation cycles and 1,000-hour salt spray exposure, it provides ultra-smooth, long-lasting performance. Supporting GU concealed inward tilt-and-turn or CMECH 180° inward casement hardware, the Dongmei 115 Series features 0.4 Kingkong mesh, optional triple glazing, glass guardrails, and 90°/135° thermal break corner columns for luxury architectural designs.

FAQ
We will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and if easy for our buyer to install the whole windows/doors. Onsite glazed are recommended for big sized products.
Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
